Hey ladies! I wanted to update you on a few happenings:

First, I have started a discussion on the Message board at the www.fitchicksoflouisville.com meetup site. I, personally, have some lofty goals for this month and wrote about them, hoping to get some support from other Fit Chicks! Please feel free to post your thoughts or write about your own goals for the month.

Second, please note that we have added Hot Yoga for the month of November. The information is in the calendar section of the website.

Finally, I wanted to tell everyone about a discussion I had this morning regarding the group. Many people want to know what the requirements are or if the group requires a lot of social networking. The group is whatever you want it to be! You can come to a few of the scheduled events such as the Yoga Class and leave or you can be an active blogger on the message board and make a few friends. You don't have to socialize, you don't have to attend any specific amount of events and you don't have to RSVP yes to anything if you don't want. This is all about YOU! Do what works for you. Some of us want to lose weight and are looking for that support. Others are looking for work-out buddies and others just want to attend a few new classes and go home. It's all up to you!!!!!!!
