This is a Bikram Yoga Class at Betsy's Hot Yoga Louisville. The class will begin at 7:45 p.m. but they ask that we arrive at 7:15 to complete some forms and get instructions. They are charging us $10 per person for the class, but their normal fee is $15.

They suggest that we bring LOTS of water. They suggested a few regular bottles or a LARGE stadium water bottle.

Other suggestions for class:
* Bring 2 towels, plenty of water and a yoga mat if you have one. Mats can be rented for $3.
* Drink plenty of water the day of class.
* We recommend only a light meal during the three hours prior to class.
* Cold bottled water and sports drinks are available for purchase.
* Changing rooms and showers are available.
