I am very interested in having a support group of women to help me to lose weight and stay healthy and complete my goals.
Staying dedicated to my goals, and getting myself to work after work.

I like to do groups classes, elliptical, walking, jogging.
Going out to eat with friends, and eating right at parties. I am also frequently a stress eater.
