I am joining this group in hopes of trying out some new fun workouts that will keep me motivated and challenged while also changing my views of exercise from a daily chore to personal enjoyment.
Dieting, I think if I was much more conscious about the nutritional part I would be much further along in my weight loss goals.
Keeping me motivated, I often get very bored with working out as it becomes too repetitive. I think this group will make me feel more excited about working out and trying new things.
