Hi, I'm Catherine. I need to shape up and thought this group might help me and actually be fun too!
I'm not athletic and have never been really comfortable working out in front of people. After some health issues I stopped exercising and gained weight. Now I'm ready to try to be fit again but I'm having trouble finding motivation.
I need a positive environment where I will feel comfortable and have fun.
I enjoy walking, hiking, and aerobics.
Carbs! Due to health issues I'm supposed to stay on a low-carb diet for life, and it is really difficult sometimes to stick to it.
