I would like to finally get all this baby weight off (since my youngest is now 2) and set a healthy example for my kids.
Since I work full time, I just don't feel like I have enough time to exercise.
I need that extra motiviation to develop and stick to my plan. I'm open to any tips that others use to make healthy food choices and to fit in exercise daily.
Walking is my favorite exercise - outdoors or on the treadmil..
I snack way too much at worker. Also, I love anything sweet.
