I wanted to bring woman together that focus on health and fitness.
My biggest fitness struggle is doing the same things every week and not expanding my range of fitness. (i.e. I don't stretch or do yoga)
We can try new classes and exercises together!
Teaching classes!
Anything in the cabinet when I am bored or avoiding doing work.

"Good morning! I hope your week is starting out with a bang! I wanted to update you on a few happenings with Fit Chicks. First, I am happy to announce that we have finally reached 100 members! ... MoreThank you to everyone that has helped spread the word about our group. Please continue tell your friends and co-workers about us! Second, I wanted to invite you all to join me for some Cross-Fit work-outs over the next month. I realize that many of you did not get to join us last week for our Cross-Fit class although you were extremely interested. The Cross-Fit class was awesome and extreme! There are a few of us who have signed up for the month and are doing it 3-4 times a week. Once I get over the pain and can walk up the stairs normally, I will be back at the CrossFit gym (hopefully tomorrow). A few of us are meeting there at 11 a.m. on Saturday morning. If you would like to join us this Saturday, please let me know! We would love to have some company. Also, please don't forget to take a look at the calendar and RSVP for our events. We have two great events in March which include PiYo and a Healthy Cooking Demonstration and Tasting. Both events will be held in the Willows, near Cherokee Park. Finally, in March, Kentucky Bison is offering us a 5% discount on their products at their Main Street location. I could go on and on about the benefits of bison over beef, but you can learn more at www.kybisonco.com. Just mention Fit Chicks. Again, thank you ALL for spreading the word about our organization. I hope to see you at some upcoming events. Make it a healthy day! Susan Kwasny "
"Of course your husband can come. The class is taught by a man. I might ask mine to come as well. Guests are always welcome!"
"The class is most definitely suitable for beginners!"

Please feel free to bring kids, friends or significant others! Also, keep your eyes peeled for some new Fit Chicks events that will be scheduled in the next few days. We have some great events coming up for March and April. As with all Fit Chicks events, you are welcome to bring friends or even better, tell your friends about Fit Chicks so that they can join. MoreAlso, I recently found out about a new and amazing non-profit organization and I wanted to share it with you. The organization is called Girls on the Run® of Louisville and it is a life-changing, non-profit prevention program for girls in the 3rd through 5th grade. There are many ways that you can get involved with this organization. To learn about volunteer opportunities, go to www.gotrlouisville.org.
