Give Your Workout Routine a Boost with Inner Strength Fitness Partner Boot Camp!
Grab a friend, spouse or significant other and come out to Seneca Park for a one-hour partner Boot Camp! Led by personal trainer Sarah Ayers of Inner Strength Fitness, boot camp will blend together various cardiovascular, weight training and yoga techniques to create one unique, fun and effective workout program.
You can come with a partner or by yourself. We will have Fit Chicks partner-up once they arrive. However, if you have a partner that would be interested, please bring him or her!
In the case of rain, boot camp will be held Thursday, April 29.
