We will meet to discuss our resolutions for the New Year and our goals for January.

I will also conduct a 20-minute core class. The most frequent question that I get asked by my class participants is "What can I do to get better abs?" Other than eating right and burning fat with cardio work-outs, I suggest many different abdominal exercises that work your entire core.

Bring a mat for the core work and some water. Bring your thoughts on your goals and resolutions.
