Jazzercise Exercise Classes Are Pure Fun!

Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. Jazzercise takes moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, kickboxing, and resistance training and bundles them into one hour. All ages, levels, and sizes welcome.

I was so glad to see Fit Chicks at Jazzercise! Mid City Mall is my "home" studio and I've been attending a class in Louisville or somewhere in the U.S. since the early 90s. Keep coming & try different instructors -- the moves are the same, the styles are just different. Also go to the Jazzercise website to get a "primer" on the moves / vocabulary common to Jazzercise. Once you hit the dancefloor a few times, you'll be a pro. The music is ever-changing, which also keeps it fun & interesting.

I so wanted to attend but it is my son's birthday and he wants to go to El Mundo (I lose self disciplince there, ugh). Maybe next time!
