Get fit in a new and fun way at Introduction Belly Dance. Instructor and Fit Chicks member, Azayani, will conduct this fun-filled class. Azayani has been performing and teaching Belly Dance for several years.
Wear comfy workout clothes. If you want to wear a midriff bearing top or sportsbra, that is certainly welcome, as it can help you see your body movement. Also, if you have danced before and have a hip scarf that you would like to wear, bring it along. The class is conducted barefoot.
The cost is $10 per person. Please bring cash.
