We will be meeting at PotStickers on Baxter Avenue for dinner and moving to Quills Coffee Shop for the meeting. This is for those of you who would like to discuss your successes or challenges from November and/or make new goals for December. We will also discuss ways to get through the Holiday Season without losing site of those goals.

PotStickers is a new "upscale fast-food" place that serves fresh asian-style food including a build-your-own sandwich or pasta bowl.

You can come to eat dinner or just come and enjoy the discussion or both!

I have 3 things scheduled for this time. Sorry! I will try to make the next one. Have fun! I can't wait to connect with the group!

    •  This was my first meeting with the FitChicks and I really enjoyed meeting everyone. It was a good time. While I think going out and trying different activities will be a lot of fun, I really like the idea of having a monthly meeting and having a chance to share our goals and see how everyone progresses. I think the meetings help you get to know each other on a more personal level, which helps in supporting each other.
    •  I thought the meeting was very informative and motivational. I learned some truths about some fitness/health myths that were very informative.
