We will be discuss our weight-loss and fitness goals leading up to the holiday season and how to get through the season without losing sight of these goals!
Many of us want to develop a support group for the month of November and meet some small weight-loss or fitness goals before the season begins. We'll all make one goal for the month (i.e. weight-loss, drinking more water, running a certain distance, getting more sleep, etc.) Come with one goal in mind!
Also, I will have some of my best low-cal holiday apps and treats to taste! If you have some great low-cal recipes, write them down and bring them to share with other members!
Finally, we'll make a list of the types of new exercises that we want to try and start scheduling some fun classes for our members to take (i.e. hot yoga, hula, boot camp, body pump, etc.)
Note: If you want to try some of the appetizers and treats, don't eat a big meal before coming!

Unfortunately I can't attend my first meeting due to a work conflict. I would be interested in hearing more about a support group.
