Hey ladies! Don't forget to RSVP for the February Fit Chicks meeting, to take place next Tuesday, February 2. We will discuss our goals for the month and year. Also, Phyllis Green, Certified Life Coach, will speak with us about Restoring Balance in Your Life. She will conduct some activities to help you set clear goals and boundaries and to make time for what you truly value.

This meeting is free and will take place at the Red Room at Ray's Monkey House on Bardstown Road. Rays serves great coffee and beer, so come thirsty.
