We are a group of women who are dedicated to health and fitness. We encourage each other to stay focused on a healthy lifestyle despite the many demands of our lives.
We focus on various topics such as new activites/exercises, great low-cal recipes and weight-loss struggles.
PLEASE NOTE: "Fit" does not necessarily mean "skinny." Fit Chicks come in all shapes and sizes. Fit Chicks do not judge each other and are accepting of ALL body types!
